PTA stands for Parent Teacher Association.  All parents at Barcombe School are automatically on the PTA.  This means that although you are not on the committee, you are welcome to attend any meeting should you wish to.

Our job is to organise events in order to raise money for Barcombe School.  This money goes towards items such as playground equipment, school equipment, the library service, the Christmas pantomime, to name but a few.

The committee meets approximately twice every half term, in order to discuss and plan forthcoming events and to come up with new ideas.  If anyone would like to join the committee, please click on the ‘Contact the PTA’ link, or speak to the Chairman or any current member of the PTA.  (See members page).
