All parents/carers of children attending Barcombe CE School are automatically members of the school’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA). The PTA make a real difference to our school. They raise funds by running various events throughout the year, including hugely enjoyable sociable events. In addition, the PTA provide a good basis for communication and co-operation between parents, staff and governors at the school, fostering greater social contact amongst us.

The success of the PTA’s activities depends on widespread support from parents. Funds raised support transport for school trips for every child in the school, the Christmas pantomime and additional library resources. However, this list is far from exhaustive; the PTA make an invaluable contribution to our school and really do make a difference for our children.
